Alice Nutter, lived in pendle with her husband and two children. After the death of her husband and her two boys living away. Alice befriended the wife of Roger Nowell whose name is unknown to this day. After having a still born son Roger Nowell blamed Alice Nutter of Witchcraft after the suspicious death of Henry Mitton.
